Specialised Surgical Procedures

Anthony completed medical school with honours at the University of WA before training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery in Perth.  He the worked and trained at Royal Perth Hospital, Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital.  He obtained a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in Plastic Surgery in 2005 after 5 years of intensive training in all aspects of adult and paediatric plastic surgery.  Anthony then undertook further post fellowship training in cosmetic and reconstructive surgery in the United Kingdom and France.

He was selected to complete the prestigious Mentor International Aethetics Surgery Fellowship in cosmetic surgery at King Edward VII Hospital London, gaining much experience in breast and facial aesthetic surgery.  Anthony also trained at the internationally renown Clinique Bizet, Paris in cosmetic surgery and ear reconstruction.

In addition, Anthony was the fellow at Mount Vernon Hospital and the Royal Free Hospital in London in 2005 further training in general and cosmetic surgery.  He was then invited to work as a consultant plastic surgeon at the Royal Free Hospital.

In 2007 Anthony made the decision return to Perth to establish his practice in Plastic and Cosmetic surgery. He consults and operates at SJOG hospital, Subiaco and Waikiki hospital, Waikiki.  He also operates at Glengarry hospital, Duncraig and Cambridge Day Surgery, Subiaco.  He also holds appointments publically at Royal Perth Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital.  

Anthony is actively involved in the training of plastic surgery trainees as well as junior medical staff and undergraduates.  He participates in the mentoring programme for medical students at the university of WA. He has presented papers at Australian and International meetings.  He regularly lectures GP's and emergency staff on various aspects of plastic surgery.

Finally he is also involved in overseas aid work including work in Vietnam as a member of Vietkids.
